Secretary of State Rex Tillerson met with UN Secretary-General Antònio Guterres today in Manila, #Philippines. Secretary Tillerson traveled to Manila with President Trump to reaffirm the enduring U.S. commitment to the U.S.-Philippines alliance and to participate in the U.S.-ASEAN 40th Anniversary Commemorative Summit.
